Bacon wrapped Spinach & Cheese Ravioli and sautéed guava

Wrap Ravioli in bacon,
add a Tablespoon of water to sauté pan to prevent bacon from curling,
fry with no oil on med high from cold pan to slowly render fat,
fry and flip till bacon is crisp to your liking
remove from pan

drain some oil from pan
add diced guava
add 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
squeeze of lemon
salt and pepper to taste
saute till desired softness

serve and eat
