|9 oz pkg||Three Bridges Italian Sausage Ravioli|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|15 oz tub||Three Bridges Heirloom Marinara Sauce|
- Warm medium sized saute pan on medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and allow to heat, approx. 30 seconds. In small batches, add ravioli being careful not to crowd. Use caution, the oil may splatter.
- Brown each side of ravioli, approx. 5 minute per side; add a few more minutes if frozen. Keep an eye on the temperature of the pan so as to not burn the ravioli. *Tip: if the oil begins to smoke, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking.
- In the meantime, warm the marinara sauce in a small sauce pan and cook thoroughly on medium heat until desired temperature and remove from heat. Marinara sauce can also be served cold.
- Once a nice golden brown, remove ravioli from pan and set on drying sheet or paper towel to drain oil. Once drained, serve as an appetizer or as a main course accompanied with Heirloom Marinara Sauce as a dip. Serve and enjoy!
