|9 oz pkg||Three Bridges Triple Cheese Ravioli|
|1⁄2 lb||Italian sausage, crumbled|
|1 can||28 oz plum tomatoes in puree|
|2 cloves||garlic, minced|
|1||bell pepper, either chopped or sliced|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
|salt and pepper to taste|
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add ravioli and cook according to instructions on package. Drain, cover, and keep warm.
- At the same time, heat a sauté pan over medium heat with the olive oil. Add in the Italian sausage and brown.
- Add in the bell pepper and sauté with the sausage for 1-2 minutes, add in the garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper, a pinch of chili flakes and the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add cooked ravioli to sauté pan and gently toss together. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately & enjoy!
