Triple Cheese Tortellini Salad with Pistachios, Pesto, and Green Beans

Three Bridges Triple Cheese Tortellini
1-7 oz tub
Three Bridges Basil Pesto Sauce
green beans, bias cut 1"
pistachio, shelled and chopped
parmesan cheese, grated
kosher salt and pepper to taste
Cook the Three Bridges Cheese Tortellini per the package instructions, drain, rinse with cold water, then drain well.
In a large pot bring 4 quarts of salted water to a boil, add in the green and beans, cook until tender, 5-8 minutes. Remove and shock in ice water to cool quickly. Drain well.
To Serve: In a large bowl, coat the Triple Cheese Tortellini with the Pesto Sauce. Stir in the green beans. Season with salt and pepper. Place the mixture on the serving platter. Garnish the top with the pistachios and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
