Microwave instructions
Peel back tray and remove paper tray, discard outer packaging.
In paper tray, microwave Egg Bites uncovered on high for 60-90 seconds (to an internal temperature of 165° F).
Carefully remove from microwave, as paper tray may be hot. Let rest 1 minute before serving.
Air fryer instructions
Remove Egg Bites from packaging and place on air fryer tray/basket.
Place in air fryer and heat for 11 minutes at 350°F, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove Egg Bites and let them cool for 1 minute or until they are cool enough to handle.
