Do you ship direct to customers?

We do not ship any of our products directly to consumers at this time. Please visit our store locator to find an online grocery delivery service available in your area.

Can your packaging be recycled?

Our plastic packaging is currently not compostable or recyclable. If there is a paper tray or carton, those may be recycled depending on your local recycling facilities capabilities.

What type of eggs do you use in your products?

We use pasteurized cage free eggs from a certified HFAC – Humane Farm Animal Care supplier and are compliant with California’s requirements.

Below are our Chef’s suggestions…

Bake it in a conventional oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Remove Three Bridges Egg Bites from plastic and paper tray
  • Place Egg Bites on a sheet pan
  • Place in oven for 15 minutes, until Egg Bites reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (check periodically to avoid over-cooking)

In air fryer: Total heating time: 11 minutes

  • Remove Egg Bites from packaging and discard. Place Egg Bites on air fryer tray.
  • Place tray in air fryer and heat for 11 minutes at 350°F, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove Egg Bites and let cool for 1 minute or until cool enough to handle.

Can Egg Bites be eaten without heating?

Our product is not categorized as ready to eat by the USDA.  Our Egg Bites need to be heated to an internal temperature of 165°F before consumption.

Can Egg Bites be frozen?

We don’t recommend freezing our Egg Bites as we believe they are at their ideal quality and taste when kept refrigerated. If you do decide to freeze them, we ask that you thoroughly defrost the package in the refrigerator before cooking based on the package instructions.

How do you heat Egg Bites after freezing them?

How much is a serving of Egg Bites?

The standard serving is a tray or 2 Egg Bites, 4.6oz. All of the nutritional information on the packaging and on this site is for a tray of 2 of our ‘bites’.

Below are our Chef’s suggestions…

Air fryer:

  • Spray cooking tray or basket with oil.
  • Preheat air fryer (with tray/basket) to 375°F.
  • Place Three Bridges Potato Bakes on air fryer tray and bake for 7 minutes.
  • Let Bakes rest for 2 minutes before removing from tray.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

You can also use a toaster oven:

  • Preheat to 400°F.
  • Spray or lightly coat tray with oil.
  • Place Bakes on cooking tray, bake for 8 minutes. Be careful to leave at least 1inch of space between Bakes for optimal browning.
  • Let Bakes rest 2 minutes before removing from tray.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

In a shallow sauté pan:

  • Fill a small sauté pan 1/2 inch deep with a neutral cooking oil.
  • Heat oil over medium for 2-3 minutes until you start to see it shimmer.
  • Turn heat to low and gently place Bakes into pan (making sure to allow plenty of space between Bakes for browning).
  • Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer Bakes from pan to a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Let rest for 2 minutes.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

How to cook frozen Breakfast Burritos:

We do not recommend cooking Three Bridges Breakfast Burritos frozen. If you decide to freeze our Breakfast Burritos, we suggest thawing them in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then simply follow the cooking directions on the package after it has been thawed.

How to cook Breakfast Burritos in the oven:

You can heat Three Bridges Breakfast Burritos in a traditional oven using the same cooking instructions as the air fryer instructions. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove the burrito from outer packaging and place on a sheet pan, Cook for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (depending on the oven).
