Recipe Instructions

Cook Potato Bakes
Cook Potato Bakes in the air fryer according to the instructions on the package, be sure to allow to cool before cutting in step 4.

Cook bacon
While the potatoes cook, add a slice or two of bacon to a sauté pan. On medium heat, cook the bacon to crispy – about 4 minutes on each side.

Cook Canadian bacon
In separate pan on medium heat, cook 2 pieces of Canadian bacon and lightly brown each side, about 3 minutes each side.

Cut and mix ingredients
Cut potato bakes, bacon, and ham to 1-inch pieces. Gently mix together then plate.
